2. Participate in the design, testing, and optimization of new products to ensure that their quality and performance meet industry standards;

3. Evaluate and confirm the development of key raw materials to ensure product performance and the safety of raw material supply;

4. Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support and solutions to meet customer needs.

1. Bachelor's degree in polymer materials, organic chemistry or related majors;

2. More than 3 years of experience in research and production of organic silicon materials;

3. Serious and responsible in work, rigorous and meticulous, with good innovation ability.

1. Responsible for promoting and selling silicone functional powders and resins in foreign markets (Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia), and achieving established goals.

2. Utilize the company's various platforms to develop new customers and maintain existing ones.

3. Do a good job in customer tracking and information feedback, promptly handle customer complaints, and improve customer satisfaction.

4. Follow up the production, shipment, and payment of customer orders.

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above in polymer materials or chemistry major.

2. Good command of English both in spoken and written，can communicate directly with foreign businesses.

3. More than one year of international sales experience in the fine chemicals industry.

4. Good communication, problem solving, and negotiation skills are required.

5. Willingness to travel.
